The multipurpose ones represent a perfect solution for any business that may have the need of washing many diverse items, such as Euro stacking containers or plastic crates, Eurobins, Euro-pallets, IBC containers and others. They are available in tunnel or cabin version. Crate, Bin and Pallet Washer CLT Multi, Pallet Box and Stacking Container Washer CLT PB, Pallet Box and Bin Washer CLK 800, Utensil Washer CLU and Waste Bin Washer CLT WB, used for washing, rinsing and sanitizing purposes , are all equipped with new water recycling systems, inspired by the company s sustainable development (to reduce fresh water and energy consumption), double filtering systems (that trap dirt particles) and low water protection devices (preventing damage to the machine in case of insufficient water level). To achieve superior hygiene in any production area, they are also sanitized with a hot water at 85 °C.
Bin washer
Nieros Bin Washing Machine CLK 200 and CLK 300 are perfect for washing 200 or 300 l Eurobins, made as per DIN 9797 or USDA. As a cabin version, CLK 200 and CLK 300 thoroughly wash the bins and their wheels, accommodating up to 30 items per hour. These specialised devices are all made of stainless steel and have a washing and rinsing zone, electric water heating, automatized loading and unloading, adjustable washing and rinsing parameters, detergent dispenser, an object detection sensor in the rinsing zone, easily adjustable sideguards, hold-down attachments and nozzles, easy and convenient access to spray nozzles and water tanks, a fully customized machine and much more.
Crate washer
Nieros Crate Washing Machine CLT is a compact industrial washer for a thorough cleaning of Euro stacking containers or crates with similar characteristics and dimensions, utensil baskets and Euro-pallets. With the washing and rinsing zone, it guarantees superior cleaning results. It is a tunnel washing machine, made of stainless steel, with washing capacity of up to 3000 items per hour. It has object detection sensor in the rinsing zone, easily adjustable sideguards and hold-down attachments, adjustable nozzles, easy and convenient access to spray nozzles and water tanks, an option of mobile wheels, electric water heating, adjustable washing and rinsing parameters, automatic detergent dispenser, adjustable height, an IP65 protection and more. Its water recycling system effectively reduces water consumption by reusing fresh rinse water in other cleaning phases. The machine collects the rinse water to make it available either for a pre-washing or cleaning phase.
Box washer
Nieros Pallet Box and Bin Washing Machine CLK 800 washes, rinses and sanitizes Euro pallet boxes, stackable tanks, containers and 200 or 300 l Eurobins. It can accommodate up to 25 items per hour, with the maximum dimensions of 1260 x 1040 x 880 mm per item. It is a cabin washing machine, made of stainless steel, used for washing, rinsing and sanitizing purposes. It has an automatized loading and unloading, safety guards and light beans in the loading and unloading area, washing and rinsing zone, electric water heating, adjustable washing and rinsing parameters, automatic detergent dispenser, adjustable height, an IP65 protection, object detection sensor in the rinsing zone, easily adjustable sideguards, hold-down attachments and nozzles. By reusing fresh rinse water in other cleaning phases, its water recycling system reduces water consumption.
